What if I am not coming our of Hypnosis?
As I mentioned before, Hypnosis is a natural state. Therefore is impossible to be stuck in the state. All trances end, whether if ended by the hypnotherapist or naturally by you.
Can I do self-hypnosis?
Absolutely! This is one of the area we teach our clients to do if they are interested.
How long are the sessions?
The first initial session will take up to 2.5 hours.
The follow up sessions duration ranges from 60 minutes to 90 minutes and sometimes up to 2 hours, depending on the issue you are working.
